Martin E. Freidel has been engaged in the practice of law since 1987. Prior to founding NXTLAW PC, he was a senior executive and general counsel for 17 years and has built and managed in-house legal and regulatory departments for companies that have grown from private start-up companies to public companies in excess of $1 billion in revenue.

Marty’s practice is concentrated in business organizations, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, strategic business planning, securities, corporate governance, franchises and employment law (employer). His experience as a General Counsel gives him practical skills in effectively managing both budgets and resources that has been so valuable to the business clients he advises.
