We started this firm back in 2001 as M. E. Freidel & Associates, LLC. Along the way we’ve been known as Johnson & Freidel, P.C., Johnson, Freidel & Dykes, P.C., Freidel Dykes, P.C. and FreidelWackwitz, P.C. Too many name changes to deal with the rules for how a law firm gets to name itself. Once the rules changed for naming a firm, we decided it was time to name the firm something that made more sense for who we are and how we do things – the “NXTLAW” brand was born.

We are small – that makes us efficient – and we have lots of years of experience doing only business law – that’s what smart businesses need.
